AUAULocation was excellent. Walking distance to York city centre and the shambles . The heating was lovely . Nice to have 2 bathrooms and toilets.
The towels were too small and the tea-towel wasn’t good to dry with . The dryer is a no go .

CNExceptional location very close to the train station and the city center, the rooms are quiet and clean, the decoration is modern. The response is immediate! Nice value very recommend.
It will be better to offer some shampoo and body wash.

Bed was too soft for us but that's just personal choice .
