Ground floor flat. No stairs to deal with. Lovely personal welcome with a handwritten card. 3 complimentary craft ales in the fridge. Great communication from the host and apartment cleaned in the middle of my stay. Would highly recommend.

We liked the easy way to get access to the property. It was immaculately clean, there was lots of tea, coffee, condiments, etc in the cupboards. The folder with all the instruction manuals was very helpful. On entering the property there was a lovely handwritten card welcoming us together with a large bottle of Prosecco and a packet of yummy shortbread.

Very handy for shops & restaurants & train station. Facilities clean & as described with a lovely gift for us.

Bedroom was a bit cold but weather was bad.

We had stayed at this location before so we knew it would be clean, well equipped, quiet and very convenient for our purposes. We also knew the hosts would be welcoming and helpful.

We think the apartment would have benefited from a good airing, as it smelt a little damp when we first arrived. Also, as my arthritis has worsened since our last visit, I found the low sofa difficult to get up from, but obviously that second point is a purely personal one that wouldn't bother most people.

It was very good minimal, fresh and clean. It also contained all of the necessities necessary to help your stay. A big thank you for the bottle of wine and shortbread, the welcome card were a lovely surprise.

Very pleasant and well equipped apartment. Couldn't have been better located for town centre and railway station. Provisions such as cooking oil and milk were made available, with ample supplies of toilet roll and other such items which are often 'skimped on' in other places. Access to/from the accommodation was nice and simple and I felt safe.

I found there to be a slight smell of damp in and around the bathroom, which was a bit noticeable especially at night. There seemed to be problem with tiny flies in the kitchen area, which I struggled to eliminate even when all fruit and veg was put into the fridge. There was an incident with a plug-in light device causing a power outage. The hosts attended to this promptly and were very apologetic.
