Cedar Apartment

Shortbread and a bottle of bubbly was a really welcome and nice touch. Every box ticked! Would stay again without question!

Property was renovated & clean inside but some maintenance issues should be addressed, which we have advised owners of.

The entry into the apartment was very shabby & uninviting. Bedroom very bright with external lights & the light from the bathroom also lit up the bedroom when it was turned on.

Location, close to my work. But also with plenty to explore in Helensburgh & 100 yards from the sea !!! Everything as stated online, a comfortable bed & quiet area at night.

A couple of days the drains were smelly, but seemed to clear with using the shower etc …

The apartment was really warm and had everything in it we needed. The hosts left us a nice welcome card and bottle of wine which we appreciated.

No option to open the bedroom window so it felt a bit stuffy as the week went on. Other than that we were really happy with the accommodation.

Nice touch of the owners to leave us a bottle of bubbly and a pint of milk in the fridge, not to mention the shortbread with the welcome card.

Nothing not to like

We had stayed at the apartment before, so we knew it was perfect for our needs in every regard. It's very comfortable, clean and accessible (I have mobility issues), conveniently close to family and shops, and very easy to find and check in. We will book again.

We were perfectly happy with everything.

Location was perfect. Hosts were very friendly…we even got a card, shortbread and Prosecco.

The bathroom needs ventilation.

We were completely satisfied with the facilities and cleanliness. Everything went as we discussed. It is in a very good location in the city, easily accessible, you can park your car. The hosts are very kind and friendly.

There was a small problem with the mattress on the bed...it was a bit soft for us.😊 We still give 10 points.

As soon as o walked in it looked beautiful but I could smell damp. There was black mould in the bathroom Especially high up probably because there is no window only a fan, it was spotless clean tho. I could see mould behind window shutters in bedroom. The neighbour next door had tv up very loud til 3am so that again wasn’t owners fault but just to be mindful if you are a light sleeper. And the main door to building was left open off the latch which I felt a bit uneasy about Incase anyone walked in from street
