They listed the property as two bedrooms with a double bed and 2 singles beds. However the two rooms in total came with 4 single beds and one of the room was dressed and disguised as a double bed. Whereas it was just two single beds joint together and that really made it uncomfortable to sleep as a couple.

Being moved around 3 times to different properties prior to checkin.

It was at the rear of the property so quiet. Good location for amenities and bus stops. Nice spaciouse app but only seating for really for 2 people, so we were ok. Communication good but way too many messages constantly for sucha short stay, could be condensed a little. All in all would recommend. 4 stars.

Too many emails, had to keep trawling to get the important stuff. Cant fault the appartment and cleanliness but initial impression on arrival was a little concerning as not very inviting but once inside all very good. All in all would recommend.

Location to the hospitals and easy to get into Oxford via the local bus service

Lobby area and stairway really scruffy and dirty. Apartment needs redecorating as there was visible signs of dirt and scuff marks. Only a bed sofa to sit on for 4 people, had to use wooden dining chairs
