location was good, property was poor , we stayed in 2019 and 4 years later the building is tired, some appartments clearly have full time residency with personal items stored in communal areas, all gardens are unkept with rubbish and physical sightings of rats, bin stores overflowing.

I made a reservation for 11 and a half days, and on the 5th day, the landlord came to drive me away, sent me messages, threatened me and refused to refund the money Ok enough silly games it's the owner of the apartment you are renting at Razia Apartments We have received complaints regarding many male visitors to the apartments for sexual services I myself have witnessed and spoken to one your clients who has visited you today for sexual services This is not allowed in our apartments you are operating a business and there are family units who live there at the block I am informing you that you have 1 hour to leave the apartment or the police will be attending I have tried knocking at your door and also trying to contact you on the intercom but you have not answered We have reported your activities to booking.com who you made your booking through and placed a guest misconduct against you You need to leave the apartment today this afternoon or I will effect entry with the police in attendance Please consider this house carefully when you book a house

1- Very bad odor in the 1st bathroom that lasted all one week of our stay. 2- Loud cracking sound floor when walking on it. 3- TV not working properly. 4- Very poor internet. 5- Beds are not comfortable and make loud cracking noise when turning on the bed. 6- Setting in living room not comfortable. 7- They make you clean the property before you leave or you won’t get your deposit. 8- Release of deposit takes 3 days after you leave.
