Spacious 2-bed apartment in central Kingston near Richmond Park

Took a while to work out how to turn on the hob but we got there in the end!! everything was digital! Once we knew how it was fine!!

The location was good, easy to find easy instructions, everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

We live in the country, so we are not used to street noise. We woke with people shouting outside in the middle of the night on the Fri and Saturday nights. We also found the traffic noise loud too.

Realy friendly hosts. Nice walking distance to Kingston city centre and station. Spacious apartment with exellent facilities.

There is a slight disturbance on the lower floor due to the presence of a nursery. The bed needs a somewhat hard mattress. Just simple notes.

Beds were really comfy and clean as we're the bathrooms , nice and warm didn't even need heating on , just round the corner from Richmond Park , Lovely walks and a 20 minute walk to the River Thames and quite near Hampton Court which was are reason for the visit to London

Baking trays for oven need replacing , inventory of kitchen items missing ,e.g. Only 3 wine glasses ,and 3 knives , although there was 4 butter knives ,

Property was clean and big enough for a family of 4. The instructions from the host were clear. 10 min walk to train station and about 2 minutes to the bus station. Two grocery shops within 5 mins walk from the property. Lovely spanish restaurant just few steps away. 15-20 min walk and you are in Kingston centre. TV with Netflix was a nice bonus

Apartment is VERY noisy. Cars driving all night long and windows are not noise proof at all. Felt like they were opened the whole time. Would love to have some spices and shower gel on arrival (will make it that much easier ). Kitchen utensils were not complete either. We were literally 15-20 min from the property when we finally received the code and instructions how to collect the keys (I have to asked for it). The same with returning the deposit. I had to sent a message to the host to get it back (5 days after we left the property). Because of the exchange rate we didn't get the whole sum back.
