Spacious 2-bed apartment in central Kingston near Richmond Park

It was clean and very well equipped

Good location, close to Richmond Park. Perfect for sporty events or running / cycling weekend with friends. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Car park available but permit holders only. May be worth asking the owner for logging your vehicle with the council.

Lovely place, a 15 minute walk or short bus to the centre of Kingston. A huge TV, full kitchen set up and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one main) m.

The only negative that is worth writing here is that I didn’t realise I’d have to separately pay a security deposit, which felt a bit odd. However, the money was returned very quick after our stay as we didn’t break anything or leave the place in a bad state. I guess these hosts have been burned before by bad guests, so can’t blame them too much!

We had a very enjoyable stay. It was very close to my family am visiting in the area. Close to Kingston and shops in the area.

We found it bit noisy with the nursery school down below.

The place is clean. They have washing machine available, if you'll need it. The fridge is massive for a BnB. It is a 15-min walk to Norviton Railway station. Host are very responsive. There is an available off-road pay parking available.

The coach can have an upgrade to be more comfortable,cushioning is poor. Can't enjoy to watch,such a shame when the tele is massive and inviting to watch movies.

The space was the perfect size for us to use. The amenities were all modern and the location was fantastic.

Very nicely furnished, clean, very good communications, fully equipped kitchen.

Odd smell in bathroom

Very clean and comfortable little flat, hosts very helpful and good communicators. There was no way of making coffee in the flat but they arranged for a cafetière to be delivered the next day when I asked! Nice cafe over the road, shops and convenient bus stop nearby.

I was slightly surprised to get a request for a £300 security deposit, as if there was info about this on the original listing I had managed to miss it; however this was quickly paid back after our visit with no fuss, so all was well.
