Seating comfort was poor

Continently close to the occasion & venue we came down for, nice flat everything you require. Small issues with main bedroom window unable to secure it see below.

Rubbish storage area by main door stunk the entrance lobby and the corridor to the flat Parking lot security equipment combination lock wheels were all stuck. The lock was not secure just pulled it open. Main Bedroom room window unable to close and secure. Closed it and you simply push it to open?

Location was a real plus as so handy to the Historic Dockyard, Gunwharf Quays and other nearby attractions, all easily accessible on foot - including the Guildhall for evening entertainment - a fifteen minute walk away. Local Co-op at the end of the road, bus interchange and station nearby. Booked the apartment because of ground floor accessibility and two bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for two couples. It felt a safe area to visit. Hope to return to walk the Millennium Walk to Southsea.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Gunwharf shops and the historic docks.

The apartment is lovely! it's modern and has all the facilities we needed for our stay. The place is very clean and homely. Plus the small touches of mini toiletries and little bits made us feel very welcome. I loved that we had a reserved parking space and the location is fantastic! Walking distance to the Historic Dockyard, Gun Wharf Quay, Cascades Mall, the City Centre and Southsea Common! There are restaurants, shops and a kids park (which my toddler loved) within 2 mins walk of the property so we really didn't have to drive anywhere. It's also located on the ground floor so unloading shopping and luggage is a breeze, straight from the car to the balcony, no long lifting and shifting. Also, it's very safe especially for us with a little 2 y/o who loves to climb. The owner, Paul, was very hospitable and accommodating, constantly checking in to make sure there were no problems. We loved every bit of our stay from liaising with the owner to enjoying the property and exploring the nearby attractions. We even wanted to extend our stay on the last day but unfortunately it had been booked. We'd definitely return and highly recommend!
