2 Double beds OR 4 Singles, 2 Bathrooms, FREE PARKING, Smart TV's, Close to Gunwharf Quays, Beach & Historic Dockyard

This was perfect for our family of 5 but you could fit another child easily if they shared a double bed. The apartment has everything you need including a washer and was very clean. There are two good size bathrooms and the beds including the sofa bed are comfortable. The location is just a short walk from the Historic Docks which was why we came, and it's just a short walk from the shops and restaurants you need for a break. Also Paul allowed us to park early in the allocated parking bay which meant we didn't need to pay for parking in town. He also kept in contact throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. I can't recommend this enough and we will definitely be booking again.

Great location near Gunwharf Quays with parking. Both bedrooms a good size and great to have 2 bathrooms. Lounge was comfortable. Kitchen basic but had everything you needed in the space there was (no dishwasher but there was a washing machine which we did use). Host was very responsive to any questions/issues.

First parking spot allocated was very awkward with cars in the way (which didn’t look like a temporary situation). Luckily there was another spot that the host owns that we could use after a few days.

No entry for almost 2 hours after pre arranged time. 2 senior persons left waiting in the cold dark evening. When asked by the owner if here was anything we needed, request for heating had no response. Very poor

Fantastic to have two bathrooms and the option to have 4 single beds as travelling as a group of 4 friends. This is our 4th stay at this same apartment. Paul is a helpful host and the apartment is in the perfect position for Gunwarf quays. Also free parking is a rare find in Portsmouth.

Great location for exploring the local attractions. Comfortable furnishings, two bathrooms, and a washing machine made travelling with the family really easy. Really helpful host when we had an issue.

Let the cleaner clean the back of the bedside cabinets. They were a a little dusty.

Excellent apartment, very good location, professional host with smooth communication and precise instructions. It was an amazing stay. Recommended!
