Clean, well appointed and the free parking was definitely a plus. Helpful, courteous owner.

The position in relation to the ferry port in particular. Close to amenities. Local Coop few meters down the road. Local takeaways to save cooking after a lengthy journey was welcome. The property had everything you need for a stay away from home. Paul was quick to respond to any questions.

Unfortunately, there had been smokers in the property previously. The smell was a bit unpleasant but the property was very clean. The area is very built up with lots of apartment type properties. There was some noise into the night but it was a Friday and Saturday when we stayed. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rubbish strewn around in the area but this did not distract too much. We would stay at the property again.

Great location. And ideal for what we needed for the weekend and would recommend if you are staying down in Portsmouth.

Close to where we wanted to be. Everything that we needed was in the flat and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The smell in the lobby and hallway was not great but I do understand that is out of your control. The window in the smaller bedroom would not open and the shower head would not stay up in the en suite bathroom. Just for info and did not interfere with our stay.

Excellent location. Near to grocery store. Good Wi-Fi.

Information provided by owner was clear and detailed. Apartment was beautifully presented in a quiet location. Big bonus having private parking so near to the Historic Dockyards. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby with a small supermarket just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Car parking space is not next to the property so you had to carry bags a short distance.
