Excellent communication from host in advance of visit with clear guidance on how to access the property & parking space as well as information about the facilities.

Location was central. Walking distance to historic dockyards and ferry port to Isle of White. About 15 minutes walk. Modern inside. Felt very secure. Kitchen was well kitted, even with teabags and coffee. Clean towels and toiletries provided which is very hotel like. Clear communication and instruction from the owner Paul. Quick return on refundable security deposit. All simply perfect. We will return. Kaz F.

Great location, could walk everywhere we needed.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and it was an excellent location within walking distance to gunwharf quays.

Unfortunately there were issues with the parking other cars causing an obstruction to the parking space.

Short walk to Gunwarf quays. This is our 3rd stay at this property. Good communication with Paul. Comfortable beds. Lots of room for dining and relaxing.

The apartment was exactly as described within walking distance to The Dockyard, Spinnikar Tower and Gunwharf Quays and there was a bus stop at the top of the road as well as a Co-op. Car parking space included was a bonus although ours never moved. Didn't see anyone but communication with Paul was excellent. Would throughly recommend a stay here.
