Nice comfortable beds, lovely showers. Great location for Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Keys also Old Portsmouth is within walking distance, didn't use the car at all which is great. Brilliant communication with Paul, very helpful, thank you.

The main entrance into the apartment blocks wasn't very clean and tidy, don't know how often it is checked, but that wasn't Paul's fault.

We didn't actually see anyone but the messaging contact with Paul was fantastic. Instructions on how to get into the apartment were perfect. lovely apartment close to everything that we needed .We hope to stay again in the future

"Disappointed"

Location, standard of hygiene, parking facilities, space, decor.

The flat smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. This was really disappointing. There were other maintenance issues: the shower door came of the runners X 2, and the bath plug did not raise to drain the bath.

It was a terrible experience as no hot water shower when we stay there in December. I have reported to the house owner but they couldn’t fix it.
