Aspire Apartments York

Really very nice apartment, great location, close to the city centre, but quiet at night. Plenty of space for family of four. We really loved our stay here.

Property was very clean, spacious and in a great location

Where it was situated for sightseeing. It is in an excellent location. Near the Minster, bus access just around the corner and a Sainsbury’s store, plus shops and cafes nearby. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen and the living space was comfortable. The lift access was well appreciated.

We actually have no complaints about the apartment and the service we received, but would suggest a couple of things. They may not be aware but the outside light near the front door didn’t work. A fan in the second bedroom would be useful. The lamps on the bed side tables in the en-suite bedroom are too large and easily knocked off. The mirror in the en-suite was far to high for a shorter person, a wall mirror would be better. Lastly, the disposal of rubbish instructions was not correct and once you reach the ground floor I could not find where I could get out or where the bins were. Luckily a very helpful lady parking her car there helped me.So, better instructions and signage on the back stairways and explain how many floors they have to go down, being an OAP I found it quite a distance.

Check in was great - very clear instructions. the apartment itself was outstanding, much better than we had expected. Two bedrooms, two WCs, very comfortable beds. TV with Netflix and Prime video options. There is a Sainsbury's local just at the door. 5 minute walk to the city walls.
