Perfect location to stroll into York. Beautiful apartment. Very clean & comfortable. Good communication from the owners. Easy to find and get in. We loved our short stay.

It was very hot but there are fans in the rooms & it is summer!

The fans were a little dusty, but nothing too major as we didn't use them.

Very spacious and excellent location for all the tourist spots

The cleaners could pay more attention to detail. Crockery left in dishwasher, kitchen cupboards not been wiped down and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed

"Modern apartment, very central and easy to access."

Central location, well appointed kitchen and modern layout. Two bathrooms were great for a family of 4. Easy instructions to follow for access.

Very warm at night, even with use of fans. The windows did not feel secure when you shut them, and handles needed tightened.

"Great Apartment"

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Modern and well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Very impressed.

Check in/check out times. Would prefer an earlier check in (3pm rather than 4pm) and later check out (11am rather than 10am).

"Comfortable stay in lovely apartment in great location in York"

Comfortable big apartment with nice decor & lovely view of the Minster. Bathrooms are a nice size, good supply of towels & have good showers. We loved the location as near tourist attractions, nice cafes & restaurants, supermarket and train station. Liked the fans & that milk & kitkats were left in the fridge a nice touch. Would love to stay again.

Small criticisms but would have liked a hand shower, lamps annoying as too big for bedside tables and mattress slightly hard. Mirrors in bathroom could have been better and table in living room slightly wobbly.
