Large size. Free on-site parking. Washing machine. Comfortable bed.

Very cold on arrival. Owners off-site. Great trouble working out how to get the main room heaters to work. Owner organised neighbour (Phil) to come and assist and between the two of us we eventually worked it out. Multiple switches to get the heaters working and everything had to be correct and if you fiddle with it and get one switch wrong then you make it difficult for yourself. Have to make sure blue light on for remote to work and if you accidentally turn it off while trying to work the system out then it won’t work. Of course, easy when you know how. As owners are off-site there are a lot of advisory notes around on what to do and don’t do.

Lovely building Close to little town and lovely park River walk Gorgeous living room diner, with fire, and a free bag of wood was a lovely touch Radiators warmed the house up within a few hours. Freezer as well as fridge Loads of cooking utensils etc Host was very helpful when I needed help! This house was such a steal I can't believe how cheap it was, what a great holiday we had!

The bed is right next to the upstairs booker's front door, stairs and car. If they come and go at random times like ours then they are quite noisy and woke us up multiple times.

Very cold that week and heating not adequate. Used wood burner which was good but unable to use it twice as wood outside was too damp

Good location, parking and some nice decorations

The flat was not very clean, there were issues with the fireplace and we were not helped.

Lovely and light. Very spacious for a one bed appt. The bed was really comfortable. We slept really well.

The sofa was tiny in a lounge that was large with a log burner. We couldn’t really get comfy and snuggle in which was a shame. There were no hand towels or floor Matt in the bathroom.

big space, parking, use of mashing machine, good location, not too noisy. towels provided. Camelford river over the road and lovely walking area.

bed in bed room right next to door of neighbours upstairs and their staircase so was noisy, plus their car parking space just outside the bedroom window... had to sleep on camp bed in living room to avoid noise, no tea towels, broken electric candles that someone had burnt and not been replaced, camping bed not very comfortable, fire alarm right next to shower room so went off late at night when getting out the shower. no sponges and only small kitchen bin. no veg recycling.
