City Centre Apartment - Fantastic Location

Very helpful and lovely to deal with would definitely book again. Only issue we had was with deliveroo we never got our order but the host even tried to help with that .highly recommend and we will go back its perfect for attending Utilita Arena Birmingham which was why we booked. Im disabled and its perfect for people with mobility issues.

Fabulous location as central but really quiet - an oasis in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit very easily.

Nothing - a really lovely flat in a great location.

I loved the location, the decor and helpful apartment management; excellent instructions on how to get into the property and park.

The heating system had been set to come on during the day (when we were at work) during the night it was cold and the morning). We tried to change the settings but couldn't. We contacted the owner but they were not onsite so we were just sent a YouTube video to fix it. It was too late by then.

Great space, comfy bed, mostly clean, great access to arena

Pretty sure the owners are renting and listing a property as a b&b they’re not allowed to. Was forbidden from calling concierge if needed as it would go against b&b owner. Oven needs a deep clean, could do with a better dusting and ensuring the patio door was locked properly as after getting back from a night out as a singular girl and seeing it wide open is very concerning. Drunk neighbours tried to break in on the Friday evening also which made me anticipate my leaving. Overpriced for what the stay was

Good quiet location, close to the centre, short walk. Comfortable beds.

All good, although a few more mugs would have been helpful.
