Northcote Lane Apartments - By Property Promise

Plenty of cafe's, restaurants in the surrounding area. Considerate with all creature comforts in the apartment such as heating, WiFi and choice of TV. Apartment was bright and airy but still cosy too. Bedroom was comfortable and bathroom pretty decent too. A nice gesture to supply hand wash which doesn't always happen. I also like the consideration towards recycling!

Although a relatively comfortable stay I feel that the kitchen and living part of the accommodation is in need of a deep clean, especially with carpets and furnishings. The cushions had stains on them as did the sofa and was sticky in places which made me feel like I couldn't get comfortable. I didn't like having to walk on the carpet without slippers either. As a suggestion it would be better if the coffee and sugar supplied were individual sachets instead. Even though I don't use sugar neither looked appealing to use. H&S may be best followed with individual sachets and individual pots of milk too.

Property was way overpriced, inside was dirty, sticky floors and surfaces, insecure with broken locks at main entrance. Slabs outside broken caused a trip hazard

Nice, clean apartment with a comfy bed and kitchen area to cook and make tea etc. nice comfy apartment. Perfect and relaxing. You can tell thought has gone into this apartment and I would stay here again. It’s small and had everything I needed.

Not much I didn’t like - however the door lock in the pantry needs repairing, for an extra layer of security. It was often open and not closed properly.

Totally disappointed with booking. The company didn't pick up the phone, no instructions were sent. Nobody was present at the property. Now struggling to receive refund. Be careful! DO NOT BOOK this property!

Close to the city and good food places close by

Lacked basic things such as drinking glasses and mugs. No tea towels, the bins were broken. No mirror in the bathroom, simple things that you'd expect in an holiday apartment. We did ask for mugs and glasses which were brought to us the next day but we had to do without the first night and we didn't arrive until 8pm so nowhere to go any buy any ourselves.

Pretty well equipped . Close to shops and restaurants and a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Cardiff.

The smoke alarm didn’t appear to be working and despite a stated no smoking policy the flat had a strong smell of stale tobacco. There is only one way in and out of the flat ( i.e. no fire escape) and this is of some concern if the smoke alarm is not functioning. ( If you have a very large clock in the main living space perhaps it should be working!😉)

Marijuana Smell Dirty (bathroom -hair , room - dirty towels , ecc) No answer for the personal .. I paid the money for stay only 1h there .
