Northcote Lane Apartments - By Property Promise

The location is not ideal in many ways, particularly lack of local parking - particularly if you had to move from car to property in pouring rain. In fact it suited us only because it was within walking distance of a pub venue for a golden wedding celebration. We left our car there overnight.

It looked a bit scruffy and needs decorating. Minimal space if you were there for days on end.

It has everything you need. Bed sheets are clean.

Its prime time is long time gone. Countless things need fixing, walls needs painting and carpets wet vac. Deep clean, paint + handyman is a must.

It had everything I needed for my overnight stay. It was clean, comfortable and a great location for where I needed to be for work.

There was nothing I didn’t like 😊

It was close to where we needed to be and clean little place worked well got the key code

The other flat was let to a group of kids that had a party till 4 in the morning they were screaming shouting banging the gate all night it was a horrible experience I tried the number on booking to report no answer and no way of talk to someone to report this but as two older ladies we were very disturbed by it

Nothing photos were nothing like what we arrived to the place was dirty and smelt. No communication from the host.

A lot the worst part was coming back midway through our stay to find the front door open and the maintance guy stood on the bed saying he had been changing a light bulb. This really frightened us as all our things were inside. On the first night the shower was blocked. So it was quick showers so the water didn't fill up. No extra bedding in case it was cold. Bed was dirty and had crums in. Gaps around the front door letting a draught and light in with a v poor lock. Booking.com couldn't get hold of the host. We couldn't get hold of them all the way through. No response to my email with a complaint. Noise outside even through the night did not feel one bit safe! Bins were under bedroom window ..yuck Never again would I stay there. Avoid at all costs!!!
