Poor hygiene with cobwebs within the flat 😢, very dirty beddings more so for the sofa bed so I had to buy my own beddings. Poor drainage system with blocked toilet and shower, beggars waiting at the gate asking for money. The owner could not give accurate directions to the flat despite navigation taking us a few steps to the property, leaving us freezing in the cold. The gate where the entry access is doesn't lock safely and the place is dark with groups of people hanging around. We felt very unsafe. Wouldn't recommend this accommodation unfortunately 😕.

Very clean apartment, close to centre of Cardiff. Bed was so comfy.

Slippery in the shower, but apart from that it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you 😊

The location was great, really central. My family and I really enjoyed staying there. Would definitely book again.

Really small and minor details that could be improved was the shower door needs to be fixed. Also the front door the lock is a little wobbly and needs to be tightened. Overall the property is great and we really enjoyed staying here, these small details are easily fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, had everything required for a solo stay. Very clean and well presented.

The property was clean, we had to wash the cutlery and some dishes before we could use them.

The bathroom was not heated, the night temperature was -1c, the shower doors would not close and the shower pressure was low and difficult to control.

The comfort it was nice to go back to the room and just relax

The heaters didn't work but I'm glad for the portable heater and the doors would never shut especially the bedroom door I had to put my suitcase Infront of it to keep the heat in but it never worked

Everything was pristine and it was amazing for the amount I payed

The kitchen tap water even when left on cold for a long period of time was constantly scolding hot. Due to this i did scold my hand
