Nothing we didn't stay as we thought the area the apartment was located in was dodgy had to book into a hotel in the city centre.

Well situated, relatively close to the city centre and there was free parking next to the property which was a huge bonus

The company itself were good in terms of communication etc. always replied to messages promptly and checking in and out was easy and stress free. However, we asked to use the early check in service they provide and were told this would be possible for a fee we were willing to pay, we were told they would send us a link to pay the fee and all would be well, upon not receiving the link I messaged the company on booking.com and was told that we couldn’t have the early check in as they needed to “clean and sanitise” the apartment. This was not a huge problem and we accepted that it can’t be helped. Unfortunately, we arrived at the usual check in time to find that the apartment was actually disgustingly dirty, grimy and not even a simple run over of the hoover has been completed, the floors were covered in general dirt and grime, the shower was filthy and the bed had a toenail in it… there was also an old coffee in a mug left on the windowsill of the property and some of the previous guests items left behind. This was a shame and is something that could have been avoided so easily.

I was not given access to the property. despite having completed on line check in I was required to upload photo id to a third party. this was not something I was prepared to risk. as far as I am concerned this company is a scam. I have paid for a property I was not allowed access

The location was brilliant and the apartment comfortable and exactly what we needed. Brilliant value for money and helpful hosts.

Could have had a few more plates and cooking accessories.

The bed was comfortable as it has a foam topper. The kitchen has facilities meaning you could cook.

My poor experience started before I stayed. We sent over a request for an extension which the property ignored for over a day, when I chased up to ask if this was acceptable, they denied it. Saying there was something wrong with the request (I contacted booking.com and there was not.) they asked me to resend the same request and when I did, another user had then booked the accommodation. This process took 2 days and if diligent I wouldn’t have been left without accommodation on my last 2 nights. When I asked the property to allow us a late checkout due to this inconvenience, so that I wouldn’t be stuck on the streets for 6 hours before I could check into another accommodation, they wanted us to pay £25 extra. Even though this whole situation was their mistake. Turns out not being allowed an extension and having to move our luggage to an alternative accommodation was the best thing about our whole trip. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was borderline average. There was nothing great about it. The carpets were stained and overall all facilities are very poorly maintained. The pans in the kitchen are stained and there was leftover food and drink in the fridge and freezer from a previous tenant. This should have been cleared out. There was an obscene amount of dust around the apartment which my partner with asthma struggled with a lot. The blinds in the kitchen are broken and missing slats, whilst the curtains in the bedroom are thin letting loads of light in. The shower tray flooded on the first night with about 5cm of water so you’re stood in a puddle of water and there was an old used soap bar left in there. You don’t know who’s using this stuff and it’s just foul. We had to move a chest of drawers around to prop the TV up in the bedroom, and when we did we found a disgusting remnant of fur, dog treats and dirt underneath (pictured) it’s obvious this place isn’t cleaned thoroughly.

Good location, next to city centre and amenities. good size apartment., we were able to cook and to do the laundry. The host attend to our request when we needed extra towels.

Poor housekeeping, carpet/floors not cleaned, shower door didn't close needs replacing , very low shower water pressure and the kitchen utensils were dirty.
