Northcote Lane Apartments - By Property Promise

The power shower was unusable due to a broken temperature control that gave scalding hot or freezing cold water. There was no door to the shower cubicle. There were no replacement toilet rolls. The used towels from the previous tenants had been left inside the bathroom. The freezer had been switched off before we arrived causing water to leak out onto the floor. The instructions for connecting to the wifi gave the wrong password. The crockery was very dirty with coffee/tea stains. The whole apartment felt dirty with many places having accumulated dust.

I booked for 3 guests, sheets for sofa bed were nowhere to be found but we found a cockroach in the kitchen. Damp smell. Not enough towels.

Location was good, found a secure 24 hour car park 10 minute walk away instead of trying to park on street

In need of a spruce up was fine for what we needed wouldn't do.more than an overnight stay . Little on the expensive side ,

Comfortable bed, quiet

Lack of toiletries- no soap or shampoo products at all. Carpet was dirty and unvacuumed

Easy check-in, and it was a place to stay after attending a concert The bed covers and towels were clean I'm glad only stayed for 1 night

The actual apartment wasn't clean tables cockery, cobwebs, windows, etc The door wouldn't close in the bedroom. Sofa bed very hard , The kettle leaked every time poured it Very noisy and run-down area hardly slept Pitty as the apartment could be a lot better. More welcoming would be better with more attention to detail, i.e., soap , washing up liquid was empty coffee , and sugar that was provided could not be used as stale or old , had to buy our own The apartment had most things but needs more attention
