Nicola was always on call for any queries, she had those extra special touches in the cottage, like needles and threads, cotton buds, etc, games, books, dvd, leaflets. Quirky cosy cottage.

The location was brilliant for our needs. Adjacent to Waitrose too, which was a benefit. It also provided space for our son and daughter-in-law to visit in the evenings to play card games.

The property felt very chilly when we first went into it. But the heaters (provided) soon warmed it up.

Location was less than 5 minutes walk from Otley and there was free parking.

It was colder at night and the heater was a bit loud compared to a radiator.

A lovely little hideaway . It had excellent facilities, was spotlessly clean and ably a couple of Minutes walk to Otley town centre.

This flat is not for 6 people! There is a double mattress underneath the bed but there is no room to have it out and then have walking space. The sofa bed is very hard and you wouldn't get 2 people on it. My 8 year old was ok for it. 2 children you would struggle!

We did not cook breakfast in the apartment as we were going. to our Daughters for the day. It was a charming apartment, well laid out and with good facilities. Loved the Christmas lights and attention to detail around the place. We contacted Nickie later to see about another stay here but unfortunately it was unavailable on the date we needed but would not hesitate to stay again in future.

Nothing that can be done but pity about location of car park away from apartment but as we only had an overnight bag thin was not a problem. Also being a basement apartment, there were only very restricted views out but again as we were only there over night this was not a problem.
