The welcome hamper and the location.

The parking. Parking outside the house was on a meter and restricted to four hours during the day, as far as I could make out. Apparently there maybe free parking in the side streets.

I loved this place great views. It's a great location. Lovely walks along the beach and plenty of places to eat just 5 minutes walk would definitely stay again

Very well equipped, clean & comfortable. Beds super comfy, loved the rainfall shower. The property is right on the front, the balcony perfect for watching the recent storm on a warm summers evening.

We loved it all

High quality furnishings. Spacious. Super comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the seaview.

We thought the extra fee for cleaning was hefty and not really justified in our case.

So many good things to say......... The hosts were very communicative and answered questions timely and fully. The property was spotlessly clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Over the road from the beach, close to the museum and virtually opposite the Sovereign Light Cafe (for Keane fans) and a 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of Bexhill. My favourite two favourite features if the property were 1. The hamper of essentials on arrival was stocked with some good items to have on arrival and next morning and 2. The balcony, which we could sit on first thing in the morning and drink coffee, looking out to the sea. I would also like to praise the host, Gemma, additionally, for contacting me the day after our departure to let me know I had left something at the property and that she would send it on to me. Thank you!!
