The location was excellent. View was beautiful. The room was well appointed . Beds were comfy. Good shower

Television didn't work. Lack of a plate and knife and fork.

Smell of the kitchen from the Bakehouse below, it wasn’t unpleasant just made us hungry all the time!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, centrally located. Staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. We ate dinner and breakfast at the old bakehouse, both of which were really tasty. Would definitely stay again.

It was clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the views from the balcony. Unfortunately, we had heavy showers when we were staying. The location is smack bang in the centre of Ludlow.

Very minor, but a larger towel after showering would have been nice. The toilet brush was brown at the bottom and smelt as you took it out of the holder. We were down for the Malvern show, and we needed to get going, but the breakfast wasn't served until 9.30, so although we had paid for it, we decided to forgo breakfast on the Saturday.

Absolutely loved it all.

The Keep is in an excellent position in Ludlow, right next to the carpark (payable). The balcony area overlooking the countryside was such a lovely place to sit. Even the hobbit door into the second bedroom was funny. Mind you the sloping roof in the bedroom resulted in a few swear words 🤣 Settee, TV and quite large fridge in main room were all bonuses.

Great location.

A little tired, needs an update in the bathroom.
