If more guests are seen leaving than confirmed you will lose your deposit. * For the coverage of potential insurance issues only the Booking.com guests registered on the reservation or authorized visitors will be allowed access to the property and external entry surveillance monitoring will be enforced. * We appreciate guests leaving the apartment as tidy as possible, this includes washing all pots/glasses and pans, loading and switching on the dishwasher and any rubbish placed in bins and general mess cleared up. Any additional cleaning incur deposit will be lost. *Please make sure you check your emails or the booking.com messages, as we provide helpful photos for the day you check in. These photos are sent through the messaging system. The door code is sent the day of your arrival. The Booking.com 4 digit code is NOT the door code. * Please quote 'Blackpool Tower' to confirm you have read these rules.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It was very clean and a good size for 4 of us. Decent location too.

I didn't like the fact that they kept my deposit for over 2 weeks. Way to many rules it kind of felt threatening. The bedroom with the skylight was way to hot the the skyline window was so so dirty.

"Quality accommodation in Blackpool"

The accommodation was fabulous. For once the photos were a true reflection of the property. Communication with the host was great. The location was perfect for us by the Tower and North Pier. The keys were in a lockbox next to the doors and they were on a retractable chain so we couldn't lose them! An unexpected bonus was seeing the Tower at night. Will definitely return!

The only thing that could have made the stay better is to have stayed longer!

"Great value for money."

The location was fantastic, as was ease of access. The property has been finished to a decent standard that sets it apart from other accommodations in the area.

Only negative was that there was no blind for the skylight. The room never fully got dark, and then we were awoken very early by the sunrise.

Bright, vibrant and really well kept apartment.

I would say the apartment could do with more heaters, especially in the winter. There is no heating in the bathroom which was really cold at the time of year we went. But otherwise it was lovely.
