Excellent location. Parking on site. Dog friendly. Good communication. Walking distance of town, beaches and amenities. Very well equipped. Good shower and plenty hot water. Will.stay again. Thank you.

Noisy upstairs guests. 2 feral boys running round, screaming upto and after 11pm. My husband had to go and speak to the adults in charge. We could hear their TV conversations and every footstep.

The flat was lovley perfect location every thing was perfect would like to book for next year but can't seem to find it on booking .com

Nothing to dislike about flat stoped at skegness loads of time and it was best holiday we have had

The shower was not great. The TV could do with being on an angled bracket so it can be positioned differently (watching in bed).

Had a lovely short break. Bed was really comfortable and bedding spotlessly clean. Had a small issue with a missing kitchen item...the owners were very responsive and sorted out in just a few mins. Appreciated the blackout curtains.

Lack of a fan during a heatwave. We brought our own and recommend others do as the room gets the afternoon sun.
