"Not as expected"

Easy to find. The location was ok and close to shops and a few nice eating establishments. The people of the area were all very pleasant and nice to chat with.

The beds were both old and need to be replaced. The rusted outdoor chairs were dangerous and should have been replaced and outdoor setting non-existent. The lounges were very uncomfortable and not fit for use. The outdoor chairs inside were only just fair. These issues were highlighted in 2023, so no effort has gone into making good. The inside furniture was limited and quite frankly not up to expectations. I apologise for complaining, but this apartment is certainly not worth the money paid and the rating should be looked at. I am not happy with the rating from this platform. On a positive note, with some new furniture and care, this could be a satisfactory stay.

Location, Clean apartament

mattress in the main bedroom . It is a good idea to finally change it for a new one. We had a back pain on the mornings, and it looks like it is used or broken inside

"Ground Floor 2 bed Apartment - near Promenade."

Close to Peacehaven promenade, good local easy to stroll to, restaurants, shops and easy parking made this a lovely relaxing seaside break. Great facilities and super clean, ground floor, 2-bed apartment made it a very comfortable one 🙂

Liked it all.. Just a couple of observations. The bedroom top windows seemed to be stuck and couldn't be opened - for night time air. The other full window opened but didn't want to leave a ground floor window opened, whilst sleeping. The photos seem to be from the upstairs apartment, wasn't a problem for us at all but maybe a tad misleading.
