Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good position close to amenities.

both toilets had not been cleaned

This property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

There is nothing we don’t like about this property, can’t fault it.

There was not a full set of glasses etc - a mix and match of everything No sharp knives No tea towel ! All looked dated There were only three chairs ( for a four person place !)and not very stable ! Old chipped table . Everything rattled in the wind - that is the internal doors !- Bathroom window didn’t close External area needed a bit of love

Very spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms in particular very well furnished and decorated

Would have been nice to have tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival

Location

Garden furniture was fit for the bin , rusty and dangerous. Toilet seat broken. TV far too high on wall so ended up with a crook neck. It was generally in need of some upgrade

The location is really nice because of its short distance to the coast (including a place to walk down the cliffs to the water)

The knives were very dull, so cutting anything was a challenge.

Fantastic location. Everything you need for a good base to explore and great access into Brighton. Good size property and the patio area was great!.

Furniture needs updating. The bed in the smaller bedroom was not very comfortable or easy to get in and out of due to the metal surround. Definitely needs a new toilet seat. Quite a lot of cobwebs though generally clean, tidy and comfortable.

Not far from sea, good location.

Little things like no bread knife, better patio set, maybe for four people.
