Causeway Coast Apartment

Set up of pub and swimming pool and apartments and play area for kids, and lots of family small homes on site, this was great. But feel the staff they hired to run it very bad and didn't give a sh_t. Reception staff were lovely!!!!!!! Bar staff very bad and swimming pool staff bad, very local area feel , didn't feel welcome to real holiday people which I taught the place was soposed to be for!!!!!

You have to go to the pub which opens at 10am way past breakfast time, to get breakfast. And very expensive in pub. Also staff in pub very bad, very rude to people not from the area. Looks like a local pub in a holiday resort!! We brought our food out of pub and eat it in peace at our apartment. This was the most horrible thing of the holiday, they played bingo in pub and you couldn't eat dinner there. Everyone looking at you eat in a local pub. Didn't feel friendly at all!!!

This apartment is located on a holiday camping site, a piece of information I missed at the time of booking, but OMG when we arrived at our destination we were sooooo excited. The park was clean and tidy, as was the apartment, the staff were friendly and helpful, there was kids of all ages milling around having fun. The kids loved the pool, the bistro food hit the spot and the town and beach are just down the hill. We had some very sad kiddies leaving this morning after 3 fabulous nights in an extremely beautiful part of the country. I've already recommended to a friend whose made a booking for this week. I would definitely book again, thank you so much Causeway Holiday Park.

2 tiny peeves are: 1. The website I booked the apartment through didn't mention it being part of a holiday park. It was a lovely surprise when we got there but I feel like we would have been better prepared for bringing the essentials with us if we had of known first. 2. My partner felt the double bed mattress could do with being changed

Staff was helpful at reception and maintenance.

The bed mattress was a little thin, but ok.

The place itself fine But as we don't drive The to get up was steep and long Directions weren't clear We thought we were after the holiday park

Location was great,close to the town and beach.

Bed covers felt a little damp we put heating on for a while and it was soon sorted.
