Causeway Coast Apartment

it is located in camping, mainly for families with children.the apartment should be cleaner.hygenic facilities such as shower gel,toilet paper,washing liquid,etc would make it more comfortable.

Bar, restaurant was lovely, man called Matthew was brilliant the kids loved the karaoke

I wasn't made aware when booking I would have needed washing liquid cleaning cloths for dishes, towels etc

Spacious good value

A bit far far from town if you are on foot. Better for people with car

Clean, close to facilities and the site was secure

The front door log was very doggy. Could not unlock it twice when exiting the property. Mold behind the single bed in kids' bedroom. The duvet cover should of been on the child's duvet. No shelf in the bathroom for clean towels. No bath mat provided. Should not have to request this. No Cloth\sponge in the kitchen to wash dishes. No cloth was provided to dry dishes. Not enough plugs available in the bedroom The living area needs a better layout. sofa's in the wrong place

The location was excellent, great on site facilities and the amenities in the cabin were great. When we finally got to eat in the restaurant, the staff there were brilliant, the easy going atmosphere was perfect for the children and the food was good. The shop was handy and had all the essentials, the arcade was good but would be better for older children, the same for the play park. Would definitely recommend and we will return.

I asked for an apartment with a bath at the time of booking and the staff said they didn't know so there was only a shower which wasn't ideal with 2 little ones. We asked for a high chair daily and didn't ever receive one, despite being told they would bring one to us. The handle of the oven door was broken with a sharp bit left sticking out, which led to an eyebrow bruise upon collision with the 1 year old. We arrived on Monday until Thursday and I hadn't known that the swimming pool had to be booked 24 hours beforehand and the restaurant wasn't open until the Wednesday evening. The apartment was clean but could do with a deep clean, there was quite a bit of rubbish under the beds etc when we had to move the furniture around to facilitate the travel cot which was provided for us immediately.

Location ok. 25 minute walk to town centre. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.

Shower door broken, reported but not fixed. All internal doors banging shut on strong springs.
