Causeway Coast Apartment

The property itself was a good size Pool and little shop onsite and arcade area

It felt very tired and maybe as a result didn’t feel clean. Heaters in bathroom and double bedroom didn’t work, therefore bedroom felt damp and mould was starting to appear in a corner. The property could sleep 5 but there were 3 forks - we did ask for more and they were provided

The team were very supportive and understanding as we needed to swap apartments. They accommodated us super well and the apartment was grand. It was fully catered for us, fully furnished kitchen, cutlery, crockery, tassimo machine, oven, kettle and microwave. The fridge even had a little freezer in, all we needed was to provide our own food! The swimming pool was a good family indoor size with a flume for the adults as well as the kids! The hot tub was on as soon as we got there so we could hop straight into it! It even had disco lights in there. The service we received was outstanding. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back without the kiddies haha!
