Moat Stays Victorian, Sea View!

Lovely, clean, and very cosy place. The host communicates very well everything was comfortable and welcoming. I would happily stay here again!

Rubbish not collected from Bin, Bathroom sink blocked & unusable, no wifi, Scaffolding around the property, sofa bed not made and no clean sheet, as one was left unfolded on the bench seat. shouldn't be rented out without repairs being fixed.

The communication from the host was prompt and the location was great

Excellent location, just a short walk to the beach or into town. Our host was exceptional. Access was very easy, private parking. We were a family of 4, the kids had the sofa bed in the front room which was easy to set up. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and much more. We travel quite a lot, I must say this was the warmest welcome to any property we have very received. When we entered the property there was a lovely welcome note on the bed, along with snacks for the kids and wine for the adults:) which was much needed after our journey down with the kids in the car. Also toiletries were supplied and sundry items in the kitchen. It’s the little things with me….. we look forward to staying here again. Thank you Brett for making our stay awesome!
