Moat Stays Victorian, Sea View!

The flat was really nicely decorated. The flat was right next to the sea, which was lovely, and there was parking at the rear of the property, which was good. There was wine left, which was a lovely touch! And went down nicely! The beds were very comfortable as well

I don't think there was anything, to be honest! The walls were quite thin, so we could hear the neighbours. But apart from that it was very good!

The accommodation is very beautiful, nice room and clean, close to beach , We were warmly welcomed by the caretaker named Brett, thank you Brett

Very comfortable apartment. Excellent location for town centre and seafront. Well-equipped kitchen. Helpful owner.

Thin walls and ceilings mean some noise from the apartment above, particularly in the living room.

Clean, roomy, equipment e.g. 2 tv’s; kitchen appliances; garden area, location & free parking. Easy check in with clear instructions provided 24 hours before arrival.

Bathroom bit of a squeeze & double bed bit short for people over 6 foot as it has a raised footboard.

Sunny outdoor space with seating semi-shared with friendly host and his two also friendly little dogs. Comfortable flat, centrally located and great for nearby beach.

The property entrance is down a side lane at the back of the terrace - lane not the most inviting with bins and detritus but good to have parking. Sea view is there if you look sideways!

Fairly spacious property . Clean linen & towels. Parking space . Easy access . Comfy bed . Brett was very helpful & friendly . Netflix access .

Unfortunately the cleanliness let this property down , skirting boards very dirty , windows needed cleaning , kitchen utensils were greasy and had to wash everything , areas of kitchen & bathroom were dirty. Bathroom needed an upgrade , difficult to get in & out of bath for shower as it was very high & nothing to hold onto. We managed ok but anyone older or with mobility issues would really struggle . Ornate bed & drawers looked nice but needed a good clean as they had collected lots of dust & dirt.Inside of drawers were dusty & had hair in them .

I loved everything, I was meet by Brett who helped me settled into the property and just couldnt have been more welcoming - he offered to help with the set up for a special meal and was just so lovely and friendly. The property was immaculate and it was just a lovely place to stay. Myself and my partner had a well needed break from our children and he was so surprised that I had managed to book such an amazing place. We were due to go out that night but stayed in as enjoyed the vibe of the property and the privacy it offered us - couldnt be happier !! Thank you so much

I loved everything - nothing to complain about :) The only thing that would add to the property would be a walk in shower however due to layout that is probably not an easy ask so they had done an awesome job with the space they have
