It was perfect for a friends get together. Had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The single beds were very narrow but comfortable otherwise .

There was no bedding provided for the bed settee.

It was well equipped for lots of guests.

It was dirty, the skirting boards were filthy and some full of mould. The bedroom on the top floor was so hot it wasn’t a comfortable sleep and couldn’t open the window. Overall it felt pretty grubby and dirty in terms of cleaness. There wasn’t mess on the sides but it didn’t feel clean and wasn’t worth the money for a family stay as we didn’t want to eat in or relax in.

We enjoyed a stay here just before Christmas. The property had some Christmas decorations up, which was a nice touch. It's a roomy property and in an excellent location - very central but away from the noise.

"it was a perfect place to meet with family and friends for a Christmas get together."

It was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location, with a secure carpark at the end of the road. Easy access to the city centre and the Christmas markets. Will definitely book again next year.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and we could have done with more pillows, but we only stayed one night so didn't bother to request more.

"Enjoyable stay for us all"

Location is excellent just a few minutes walk to centre

House was very good but could do with double glazing as it was quite cold and we could not get WiFi
