The appartment was big, decorated to a high standard, very clean and the bottle of wine and small bits to eat was a lovely surprised, location was also good, the gentleman from the restaurant below was also very helpful and came very quickly when we needed a parking pass for the day. Would definitely stay again.

Would have liked the check out time on a Sunday or at least at a weekend to be a little later than 10.00am, as we had a late night on Saturday, maybe 11.00am on a weekend, but everything else was wonderful

The property was lovely and clean and very well presented. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch so thank you for that. The apartment was everything we needed for the weekend. We met Ian (the owner) in the restaurant below the apartment when we had dinner on the Saturday night. Him and the staff were lovely and very accommodating, the restaurant food was amazing. I would definitely recommend eating there if you do stay here.

The only thing I would say would be, a small set of tables to be added to the lounge so they can be put at the end of the sofas to rest a drink. Absolutely not a negative and purely a suggestion.

"Southend by the sea."

Beautiful apartment, very quiet area. Just like home, clean and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood with friendly locals!! The bathroom was luxurious and the bedrooms were comfortable. The owners are very easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation. So close to the train line and shops. Easy walk to the seafront to buy a Rossi ice-cream, delicious!

The kitchen door could perhaps be removed as it gets a bit squeezy with two people prepping food.
