"Excellent customer service, lovely accomodation"

There was an unfortunate issue with a broken lock upon arrival and we were unable to gain access to the property. This wasn't a problem as there was help onsite from the wonderful waiter at the Alvaros restaurant. He contacted Ian when he was unable to open the door for us and Ian arrived within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. When it was evident that the lock wasn't going to open, Ian arranged alternative accommodation. Whilst I can't rate the Alvaros apartment facilities we were very happy with the alternative accommodation at the Tower Apartments. Ian's customer service was exceptional and a potentially frustrating situation was dealt with in a speedy, professional and friendly manner.

Extremely well appointed and equipped apartment Good location near to shops and restaurants Exceeded expectations - which is rare

Parking may be tricky in a residents' parking area May be some noise from the restaurant below - earplugs dulled the noise from a seasonal party
