"A cute little place above the town of Matlock Bath"

As a lone traveller, it was plenty big enough for me. Comfy bed. Nice compact bathroom. Towels and hairdryer included. Decent sized fridge. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped. Pretty location, not far from M. Bath and The Heights of Abraham. Fairly close to the station and buses. Host was easily contactable.

A small microwave would have been nice. It's on the side of a big hill so as a public-transport user with limited fitness, it took a while to get used to walking up the steep gradient.

It was so clean, the bed was so cosy and a fab shower.

It was in a major hilly spot, not good for someone like me with spinal issues.
