Everyting: fine !

this was the best accommodation we ever stayed at. we walked in the door and felt right at home. Our host Ann had baked us cookies and was very helpful and welcoming. The wood stove was a real highlight, the rooms were tastefully decorated, we never wanted to leave again. The remote location was very relaxing and it was fun watching the sheep and birds from the window.

Booking.com double booked and our host had to sort this out by phone which took time and was only resolved with my booking record number - not her fault or mine. Also my reply to her welcome message didn’t get sent, I don’t know why but I couldn’t resolve it.

Traditional with all the modern features. Spotlessly clean, lovely welcome, great views and a woodpecker visit made it a special stay

Everything, a very peaceful location well away from the road and any noise. Would happily stay again.
