internet wasn’t working.

Stayed at the cottage for a week and it was home from home. Agree with the other reviewers that the photos do not do the cottage justice, but what a lovely surprise. We stayed in January in the midst of winter and the cottage was lovely and warm, comfy beds, lovely bed linen. Woodburner in the lounge which we used each night. Comfy sofa and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Piping hot water for baths and showers, decent size bath. Stunning views and great walks nearby. Already planning our next trip.

A more modern TV would be good so you could log onto Netflix etc but a very minor point which did not spoil our stay at all.

What a fantastic stay in this lovely cottage, Ann is a lovely lady and the surroundings are out of this world will definitely be back.

The photos don’t do the cottage justice. It was a lot bigger than I expected. outside the upstairs twin room was an area with a toy box the kids loved playing in. The double bedroom had fitted floor to ceilingIt wardrobes with cupboards, which I unpacked everyone’s clothes into. It was very well equipped for a family stay, the kitchen and table were well used with beautiful views of the stunning countryside. Bathroom was big with a bath and separate double shower. The cottages fixtures and fittings were to a very high standard and so comfortable. It was such a nice temperature you didn’t need to light the wood burner but there was a constant supply of wood if you wanted to. There was private parking and private garden with a bench and picnic bench. Outside at night we heard the Deer rutting, an Owl calling and a Fox , which we loved. We also heard and saw some little birds outside the windows on the shrubs.

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

I liked everything about this property. Beautiful setting. The cottage was fantastic , we lit the log fire ,so cosy and warm ! The rooms were lovely! definitely stay there again x

Nice and confortable cottage. Lots of room. Quiet and beautiful landscape. Ann and her family are very friendly and helpful.
