Lovely 2-Bedrooms Apartment Step to The Beach

Excellent location just minutes from the marina and town centre. Allocated parking space just outside. Great WiFi for us to be able to work effectively and then easily into nearby pubs and restaurants to enjoy Swansea. Just the job for a little weekend break by the sea and city.

Location excellent. Instructions for access easy and apartment very secure. Apartment clean, homely and well equipped. 2 bathrooms were clean had lovely shower gel. Towel provided were fresh and fluffy. Side sea views were lovely and free parking was a great extra. Heating was effective in all areas

The apartment was well-equipped with appliances and everything we needed. It was very clean, spacious rooms in a great location. The apartment was easily accessible with the code.

Nothing but mattress was little bit old.

I like the location

I was disappointed as the flat was dirty in addition to the lack of basic essentials like sugar, and washing machine detergent.

Great location, good parking, fair price, easy access and WiFi that works!

The bed in the master bedroom is small and very hard, flat is looking a bit tired in places. Could benefit from more detailed directions, a map showing exactly where the flat is and and the parking space for example

The location is perfect - you literally walk out of the apartment and go round the corner and there is the beach, plus a cute popular cafe (we took it in turns during youngest's nap to go to the cafe as it was so close, with one parent staying behind with the baby whilst the other relaxed at the cafe- both parents managed to have a solo quiet brunch this way before baby woke up, which with young kids is so welcomed!). Location is great for children when you want to clean them off after a beach day and there are two showers! The museum is a five minutes walk away, the swimming pool (with soft play) is about ten minutes walk away. City centre is a short drive or 30 minutes walk away, and there is a zoo about a ten min drive away. I'd say if you have a child that is 3 and above, then this is the perfect family holiday apartment (we went with a 5 year old and a 13 month old). The hosts were great, and provided a cot for us. We brought our own mattress with us for it, and our 13 month old slept as well as she normally does. Do be aware with a crawler, that the the kitchen area is open planned and connected directly to the living area. But overall, it was great for a week holiday with two littles. The apartment door is opened by codes, which meant no having to carry (and worry about!) keys. The living space/bathrooms/bedrooms fitted our four-person family perfectly. There was enough utensils in the kitchen for us to make our own meals (although we preferred the nearby restaurants - Pecador was great and family friendly), and we were able to use the washing machine/airer to have a mid-holiday wash. Plently of towels are provided and there is even a heated towel rack. I felt that the property was very clean and tidy on arrival. Overall; It had everything we needed, location was great, and we were very happy.

Some of the windows didn't open fully; the edition of a fan would be really welcomed during these heat waves. Do be aware there are two flights of stairs and no lifts.
