Lovely 2-Bedrooms Apartment Step to The Beach

Spacious, close to beach.

Nothing that I could point out

The location is excellent – we enjoyed a lovely walk along the beach right outside the apartment, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was good, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos.

Since we were travelling with our 5-month-old baby, who has sensitive skin and eczema, we gave the bathtub, floor, and a few surfaces an extra clean just to make sure everything was extra safe for him. For future guests with little ones, a deeper clean of the floors and some surfaces would make the stay even more perfect.

No keys to carry just code, nice views of beach/observatory, dedicated parking space for flat, both bath and shower. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to town and facilities

could have received details of entry code a little earlier, not on morning of travel. Hard bed.

The apartment is very well located for Swansea, near the beach and walking distance from the town. A Coop shop is within a few minutes walking. I liked the fact that we were given a code and could enter the place at a time convenient for us. The place was very clean, nicely furnished and had lots of small extra's (like enough toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and even a good quantity of coffee pods). Showers were good and towels were nice.

I did not like that there were very few cups, glasses, plates, no sharp knives, etc. The plates were a mismatch and you expect at a place where everything else is high quality that these items would be better. The pans were also old and a few were not suitable to use at the glass top hob, they were bent highly likely because they were used on gas before. An improvement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils would make this place even better. It would be great if a dishwasher was available. There are enough cupboards that easily could be replaced with a dishwasher. An extra chair (foldable) in each bedroom would have been handy for putting on your clothes or just sitting down. The directions were to the front of the apartment, not to the entrance door of the building. It would be handy if there was a description with the reservation on how to approach the main entrance and a drawing where to find the parking slot. It lacked an information folder. Some information on the area, like where to find the nearest shop or some guidance on garbage disposal would have been appreciated.

The location is very good. Short walk to the Beach, Marina and on into the town itself.

There were only small areas that could be improved: loose loo seat, dirty blinds, and the window seals. In the very high wind that we experienced the lounge was drafty.

The apt was easy to find with excellent instructions on how to parking place. The apt has everything you need including washing up liquid, coffee pods and even milk sachets. Towels were soft. The view is exceptional.

Not a lot to dislike, possibly pots and pans are well used and scratched and may need replacing. Just my opinion.
