New Lisburn Road Apartment - Free Parking

The apartment is lovely with all home comforts. Clean and well presented. This is a perfect location, and is quiet yet with everything close by.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful accommodation. Very comfortable with a high pressure shower, nice kitchen and comfortable beds.

Poor communication with staff and poor check in instructions. We communicated we were struggling with the check in to Shannon and told her my phone died. We reached out to her on my partners phone. She didn't answer 8 calls We paid for early check in but by the time I charged my phone at a local cafe to get the access codes etc it was well after 3pm before we got into the flat. Not a good start to our stay

Great location, quiet area, clean and comfortable.

Located on Lisburn Road, Bus stop right outside, great garage 5 mins walk away with Creighton's food which was great. Keys easy to get but you need 3 codes and a torch on your phone. Nice quality apartment, with all washing facilities, dishwasher Nice layout in lounge/kitchen area - very pleasant On a main road, busy with traffic, noisy but not bad, nice balcony outside Outside the city centre, but with very easy bus access, taxis etc Nice restaurant next door, and Lisburn Road has some lovely shops and bar/restaurants on it

Instructions as to where everything is would help - bit short on bowls (1) Cupboards are labelled - but we went out and bought tea bags, toiletries etc, and then found loads left in cupboards Cupboards that hold all the apartment cleaning chemicals, hoovers, christmas decs should be locked and out of view of customers I think - looks less messy rather than in wardrobes/cupboards etc Would like to see quilt covers ironed, rather than all creased, extension lead for bedside lamp in the second bedroom

The apartment is super comfortable and stylish and has everything you possibly need for a pleasant stay! Shannon is a brilliant host, responds quickly and makes sure you have everything you need!

Facilities are excellent, and rooms very comfortable. Nothing to fault, would stay again.
