New Lisburn Road Apartment - Free Parking

Great apartment in the perfect location for our visit. Comfortable, clean, modern apartment with all amenities you would expect. Next door to an excellent restaurant. Friendly staff.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. I have stayed here before and I would again.

The apartment was Spotless, cleaning is of a very high standard and exceptional plus the whole apartment smelt lovely. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stunning with plenty of storage but could have been better equipped with just a little more attention to detail with very basic items like a cheese grater. The shower room is of a very good size with lots of storage and plenty of towels provided. The apartment is very convenient to a 24 hour garage called Creighton's almost directly opposite with virtually everything you need plus a bar/restaurant next door. Very easy to get a bus and train into Belfast Central or just a 10 min walk and you are right in the middle of Lisburn Road in the hub of lots of restaurants, various types of shops, coffee shops and bars.

The back of the apartments/car park sadly makes the whole block look like a run down building. I think the ground floor may be for pensioners, not sure. The stairwell, lift and communal areas could really do with redecorating as these areas do not match what's inside the apartment, they are quite dirty. There are a lot of 'personal' items being stored in the apartment in the wardrobe in the main bedroom. The TV did not work on any of the internet channels like Netflix, Prime etc. I tried troubleshooting but it kept saying no internet connection and there are no instructions in the apartment to help so we only had the basic 5 channels, the wifi works so not sure why no TV channels picking it up. The main road is very noisy well on into the evening, 9-10pm but when the doors and windows are shut at bedtime you cannot hear the traffic at all so a very quiet sleep.

Sofa a little worn. No mirror in one of the bedrooms. Gate not operating when we arrived so car had to be parked in next doors pub.

Good instructions and Shannon was on hand if any issues, but there were no problems locating the keys The apartment had everything you need for your stay, full laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of extras and little homely touches which makes it feel more welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, thank you to Shannon for always being at the end of the phone

Everything was perfect, nothing to dislike

This is a very nice propertly in a good part of Belfast. There is tea, coffee etc in the apartment which is very welcome and not in alot of others. The smart tv, kitchen and balcony are lovely. The few issues we had were dealt with professionally so no issues there...

Its a little tricky to collect keys but nothing insurmountable. It is on a main road so expect it to be noisy which wasnt a problem for us. The stairs and lift to the apartment need cleaning but that I presume is outside their remit. The toilet seat is boke and needs replacing as was mentioned in another review, ditto the lock on the inside of the front door.
