The accomodation was very spacious for our family of five. The living room was a great space for hanging out and the chairs in the bay window had a lovely view of the sea. The kitchen was very well appointed with a lovely coffee machine too. We enjoyed our welcome hamper, thank you so much. Having two bathrooms was a great asset with three teens, the girls having the ensuite! Having a designated parking space in Ventnor was a real bonus as on road parking can be quite tricky in the area. It is in a great location for both accessing the town and also the Ventnor downs, all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like. The main bathroom lighting was very dim and the shower light bulb had gone prior to our arrival but the owner had already arranged the electrician to fix this the next day. Very good communication and a lovely chap who fixed the issue very quickly.

The space was great, very comfy king size bed and rooms. There was even an American fridge freezer. We timed it right for the carnival and fireworks.

The parking was tight to get in and out and onto the road. There could be a bit more work top in kitchen as the appointment can hold 6 persons.

The location of Lottie's Lookout was perfect for us, the steep climb up from the town or beach wasn't an issue, and there is a great view from the very spacious main room. The place was very clean, the beds comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and it was quiet at night. The larger of the 2 bedrooms has the biggest bed I have ever slept in and the bathroom next door has a very generous shower and bath. The kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome basket was gratefully received. Parking is tricky in Ventnor, so the large parking area in front of the property meant we avoided that problem. There are quite a few eating places in town, we particularly liked the Spyglass Inn and can highly recommend the Stripped Brasserie.

The parking area at the front made parking easy but exiting it was made very dicey by the presence of a large hedge on the right, which blocked the view of oncoming traffic. This needs to be remedied asap before an accident occurs. Our designated parking spot was permanently occupied by another vehicle. However, this wasn't a problem as several other apartments were empty so there were other spots we could use. A washing up bowl would have been useful.

It was a lovely apartment

The mirror and blind in the single room were only accessible if you are 1.82cm or taller which seems a bit silly. It would have been better to have bath sheets rather than towels. Some of the party said their pillows were flat too
