Derwent View Holiday Apartments

Excellent location, nice clean apartment.

Parking was an issue as we booked thinking there was on site parking. Very difficult to even drop off baggage as town so busy.

Great location at the heart of the town. Great local amenities. Comfy apartment, clean and modern. Quite despite being on main road.

No local shops to buy groceries. Coffees and tea in room, but no milk. No hairdryer. Iron available, but not advertised, so took own and didn't need to.

Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well appointed, very clean and lovely view.

Parking in Matlock Bath really problematic - I didn’t feel comfortable about security at the station car park and felt it was expensive and on road parking very restrictive so we had to be off by 9am which wasn’t relaxing. Not the property’s fault really but it spoiled our stay.

Top quality apartment, absolutely spotless, very well looked after. Suited us perfectly.

The location is great, close to lovely park and many shops and cafes.

The property itself was perfect. Clean and lovely location. Nice view of the river and close to bus stop and pubs/restaurants

Nobody’s fault for the noise outside (& the motorbikes weren’t the issue) but when the temp inside the flat is 30 degrees and it’s impossible to sleep - a couple of fans could have made all the difference. The noise from people loitering outside and passing by screaming and roaring made for 2 sleepless nights. If we’d been able to close the windows and extra glazing it would have been perfect but it was impossible with the heat.
