Entire penthouse apartment with sea views Portrush

The location was perfect, lovely & clean had everything we needed 😊

I’ve to say there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property

Good location

Bad smell of dampness which needs fixed in bedroom as part of ceiling needs treatment as flaking paint and dampness.The shower really needs upgraded thermostat obviously not working as blows really hot to cold and no power at all as water just about makes it out.The bed was Comfortable but only a double so a bit small.

Clean, tidy, comfortable and good location

Not the owners fault but a neighbour had drilled into a cable. Electricity was cut as a result. This was disappointing but the owner gave a part refund.

The apartment was generally clean, although found a few hairs in places, the yellow sofa could have been doing with a bit of a clean (looked a bit grubby) and the microwave looked like it hadn't been given a wipe down from previous use. Areas of the apartment were showing some previous damp in places which looked like it had been fixed but was flaking in areas, plaster wearing off and general maintenance maybe needing redone. The place was nice, but it did differ a bit in appearance from the photos online.

Penthouse was central and close to all the amenities. Kitchen was stunning and well kitted out for cooking. Tea coffee etc was supplied was super easy to get the keys on our arrival. The bathroom is amazing so modern and fresh and was a pleasure to use. The decor in the one bedroom was lovely and was only let down by the damp stains on the wallpaper but the bed in this room was comfy. The living room space was modern and comfy.

The apartment entrance was up a long flight of stairs which were super slippy on the wet days. The fold out bed was very noisy and uncomfortable for my son who ended up sleeping on cushions on the floor, however overall we enjoyed our stay and it was good value for money.

It was smaller than it looked in the pictures. It could have been cleaner, had a damp smell.

Entrance through unlocked back door, up fire escape steps. Smell from kitchen sink. Peeling paint on bedroom wall. Not as advertised. Definitely not a penthouse which suggest luxury. Only stayed 2 nights instead of four. Shouldn't have to constantly contact host. Should have running hot water and heat without having to faff about. Workmen hammering and drilling downstairs. Normal seaside noise is fine and expected but not this.

Terrible entrance definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Very steep steel steps, poorly lit at night. Beds not great. Cleanliness fair.
