Entire penthouse apartment with sea views Portrush

Perfect location. All we needed in the apartment.

Parking can be hit or miss, but not really an issue

Nice spacious living area and bedroom. Good location in terms of area within town, very central to all amenities. Kitchen was nice and clean and living area was clean with a good up to date smart Tv and good WiFi. Communication from host was good for instructions on finding property etc. Bathroom is modern looking.

Access to property not ideal. Quite steep, high metal steps leading up to the property which were slippery when wet. Not ideal when having to carry a toddler up & down. Some of the towels had hair on them, shower wasn’t working the best as water was either ice cold or scalding hot and there were some woodlouse on the floor which we had to make sure to remove so my little girl didn’t get at them. Bedroom had some damp on the walls and generally needed some TLC.

- There was water damage on the walls and at the windows - There was a main road at the front of the house and virtually no sound insulation - There were some critters in the bathroom - To sell this as a penthouse apartment is an overstatement to say the least

Well appointed kitchen. Had everything you need for self catering.

No parking. Had to pay for parking in a nearby public carpark even though free parking at the property was advertised. Entrance through the rear of the property from a back lane felt unsafe at night. Three levels of stairs to climb with luggage.

It was clean easy to find cosy warm really happy with it..

I cant say anything that I could dislike..

Stayed over easter weekend and it was quiet, sunny and kids had the best time.. Second time staying here and we had the most amazing time and so close to everything you need.
