Fantastic location - very convenient for everything - sights, shops and entertainment. Very comfortable apartment, clean, warm and well equipped. Having parking included is a real plus - and one of the reasons we booked this location.

WiFi signal in the living area wasn't the best - potentially due to the location of the router and the building's construction (thick walls). Might be improved with relocation of the router.

This is a great property in a great location. Overall this is an excellent property, and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful.

I prefer a key safe and do not see the need for meet and greet for self catering apartments. It creates an additional set of calls to state when you will arrive, and with unpredictable traffic heading into a city centre, therefore requires a number of calls or texts. The shower could do with an update. My ratings would have been higher if the cost was lower.

It's amazing, clean, big, quiet, comfortable, easy to check in.

Literally, everything. The apartment is clean, tidy, cosy and spacious. All facilities are at your fingertips. Its strategic location in relation to restaurants, groceries, cafes, and tourist places, all of which can be reached within walking distance. Although its location is on a side street, it is very safe and quiet. The staff is kind and helpful.

Nothing. Just a very minor note, I wish if bathroom mats are provided according to the duration of the reservation, for example: 2 bathroom mats for each bathroom during a 6-night reservation.

Sacha was an absolutely lovely lady and very helpful accommodating us by getting us a later check out as our flight until 10 pm

Didn't like looking out at all the rubbish on Thistle lane,was thinking it was an attraction for vermon Also l think a small welcome basket of milk bread and butter would on been nice, something we do a lot on in northern Ireland Don't agree with checking in at 8 pm and being charged extra and the £200 deposit for damages,,that certainly needs to be stated in larger print when booking On morning of check out when l was removing pillow case l found a spider in it which really freaked me out Nowadays when we all go away since we have just high standards of living at home we expect the same when we are away King-size beds in my opinion are what most people prefer especially if you are sharing it
