"Stylish and cozy in the heart of Edinburgh"

The location and parking were what drew me to choose this flat and I'm so glad I did. It was very spacious but cozy. The gas fireplace was such a nice touch when we came back freezing from our ghost tour. The flat was within walking distance to some great shopping and restaurants and just far enough from the craziness of the Grass Market and the High Street that it was surprisingly quiet. Great water pressure in the upstairs shower. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. Communication with the host was spectacular. All of our questions were answered promptly and kindly. A host met us at the flat to show us how to open the garage and how to operate the heating and lights inside. I can highly recommend this flat for your stay in the heart of Edinburgh.

I only wish more flat rentals would have a fan for the bedrooms. The room was so quiet and the white noise of a fan always helps. Not many places have them though so that's more on me than on this particular location.

Strategic location. The apartment is spacious. Feels homey since it gets all the basic amenities you need. It's in an alley but it is quiet and I felt safe during my stay

amazing location! spacious, clean, good facilities, everything was in walking distance and hosts were really polite.

personal preference but I’m pretty sure the mattresses were firm/hard which was too hard for me and my partner and again personal preference but I think there is enough room for kind size beds instead of doubles, my friend is 6ft 4 and 15 stone and really struggled sleeping in the double bed

Location very central! Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Garage parking in such a central location was very useful! linen very clean

Some areas a bit tired and in need of a bit of TLC but overall very comfortable. Located on a bit of a back alley with bins out the back of shops from George street but felt safe enough. Mattresses and beds uncomfortable and would benefit from an upgrade.

Great central location, within walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Edinburgh. Loads of pubs and other restaurants.

Nothing. This was a great stay and I recommend it to anyone wanting to bypass the normal hotel stay.
