On the Strand

Pillows were incredibly hard and itchy, as was the duvet & cover. It was noisy with the windows open on a warm evening/night, being on the busy main road. The fans didn't really help much

The decor was lovely and felt very comfortable and on-site parking was a real bonus. Convenient for the town and its facilities.

The tv kept buffering but that was a minor irritation.

Lovely and clean, great parking (with EV charger), Yasmin and James very responsive on message. We were very lucky with the weather and the loft apartment did get hot, but a lovely touch providing us with two very good quailing fans!

If being mega picky (this didn’t concern us) just some minor decorating required where some of the filler and paint on the walls has come off

it was clean and very suitable for our short stay in Rye with young grandchildren

the road noise was quite excessive at times it was lacking in a few (what I would consider) to be essential items

This property was of a very high standard.
